Jude is going to be the cheated-on husband in Anna Karenina, which he's filming with Keira Knightley, and he's having trouble adapting. He went from roles like Alfie--he was so. hot. in that movie--to being the boring husband whose wife is cheating! A hard transition.
"I'm the cuckold. I'm the husband she discards," the actor joked, adding "I can't play the dashing young blade in films any more, those parts don't come to me."
Jude's character will fall out of favor with his wife, played by Keira Knightley, when she falls in love with Count Vronsky, played by Aaron Johnson.

. What will Jude do now? I bet he'll get vengeful and go on a midlife hook-up spree, or perhaps just shop for a bunch of inappropriate cars 'n' toys. Who knows? Maybe he'll even go to rehab for "exhaustion"--although it doesn't fit his character, it would be very apropos.
Then again, I have a better idea for him: he should visit his daughter, Sophia, in Florida, while he's moping. He could spend quality time with her since he's no longer a "blade."
