. I've read a couple of reports now that blame Luc Carl for Lady Gaga's excessive oddness lately, but I guess I won't read more of those! Gaga has dropped her drummer boyfriend, with whom she's been in an on-and-off thing since 2005.

Let's see... Gaga and Luc were dating until Lady Gaga started to get really famous, and then they broke it off. They later ended up back together, and I thought they'd get engaged. WRONG. The rigors of touring, the stress of fame, maybe even Lady Gaga's rumored drug habit could have all contributed to this relationship's death, but one thing's certain: It's done!
It looks like Gaga was the one to break it off, since Luc Carl tweeted "I miss you" along with Bob Seger's lyrics to Still the Same. He's sappy!
"You always said / The cards would never do you wrong / The trick you said / Was never play the game too long," Luc tweeted.

. The good thing about breaking up with someone when you're famous is that you have a lot to distract yourself. Interviews, photo shoots, groupies... there are plenty of things (and people) to do.
Gaga tweeted something icy as the rumors of her breakup were swirling, writing "I need a man who thinks it right when it's so wrong, right on the limits where we know we both belong."
Who'll be Lady Gaga's new man? I'm imaging someone clean-cut as a change of pace from Luc. Then again, maybe Gaga and Luc will rekindle after some time apart.
